We want you to be completely satisfied with your custom handmade stationery purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Custom and Personalized Items

Due to the personalized nature of custom-made stationery items, returns are only accepted if the item is defective or does not match the specifications agreed upon at the time of order. Custom items that have been personalized according to your specifications cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Ship the item to our return address, which will be provided upon authorization
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. Exchanges are subject to the same return eligibility requirements. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference.
